Faceted

The abstract munster pattern on Kolbrun's 2-ply pullover reminds us of facets on a gemstone.  The darkest part of this sweater is a deep plum.  It is so dark it was tough to capture in a photo.  Purple is a color you see a great deal of in Iceland in the summer, when the lupine flowers are blooming.  We've included one of our snapshots of Sophia frolicking in the lupine.
