Icelandic horses have a special gait called a "tolt."  A tolt is a quick, smooth trot.  It is smooth because the horse moves both legs on either side of its body simultaneously when it tolts.  A very fast tolt is called a "flying pace."  It is essentially a gallop so smooth that, when demonstrated, riders often carry a beer stein filled to the top without losing a drop.  Sophia posed in this sweater at the barn where she rides.  And included one of her favorite Icelandic horse pictures.
