Puffin

How could we resist?  This orange, black, grey beauty is an ode to Iceland's cutest, most mercurial bird.  There are many notable puffin havens--Heimay in the Westmann Islands, Papey off the southeast coast.  But we were closest to them at the Latrabjarg cliffs in the Westfjords.  There, puffins nest among daisies.  Check out a couple of our photos.
