Sveppir

The pattern and color of this 2-ply pullover reminds us of one of our favorite food destinations in south Iceland:  Farmer's Bistro or Fluda Sveppir.  Sveppir means mushroom in Icelandic.  It is the largest mushroom farm in Iceland.  It is also the only one.  They offer a buffet lunch featuring cream of mushroom soup, homemade bread, and sauteed mushrooms so rich you cannot imagine.  We've included a snapshot.  Wear your Sveppir sweater to Fluda Sveppir and have a lunch to remember.
